A man from Sutton has avoided prison after he masturbated in a swimming pool while children were present.
Azeddine Mansouri, of Brookside Crescent, appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on April 12 where he pleaded guilty to two counts of outraging public decency.
On March 9, 2022, the 44-year-old masturbated in a swimming pool in Sutton then he returned the following day and did it again.
The court heard that children were present at the time.
Mansouri was given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for two years, meaning he will not see a prison cell unless he offends again during that period.
A sexual harm prevention order was made banning him from entering any public swimming pool until April 2028.
He is also banned from removing his trousers or underwear, or having them unbuttoned or unzipped, unless he is in a private place.
Mansouri was ordered to pay a £154 victim surcharge and £85 in costs.
